What’s the most challenging thing about working here?
Moneysupermarket Group is incredibly fast-paced sometimes, with the need to pivot and find new ways to approach problems. I really thrive in this environment but sometimes it can be a challenge. Although, you always feel like you've learnt something after a challenging time!
What makes Moneysupermarket Group unique?
The people and the culture. I've been working for Moneysupermarket Group for over 12 years and I've seen a lot of changes over that time. Two things that stays constant is our purpose in saving households money and treating colleagues with respect. It's incredibly rewarding to work somewhere where you can see how the service you offer is helping people.
How has your career developed during your time at Moneysupermarket Group?
I first started at Moneysupermarket Group as a Best Buy Editor, where my responsibilities were producing the Best Buy tables that appeared in the national press. Since then I've had the opportunity to progress and move through a number of roles. I moved out of the Customer Operations Department for a few years and joined the Tech Team where I had roles as a Business Analyst and Delivery Lead before finally becoming Delivery Manager for the Insurance vertical. After a really happy time with the Tech Team it was time for a another change and in 2019 I moved back to Customer Operations as Operations Manager, where I look after a number of the teams who are responsible for ensuring that the product information is updated in a timely fashion and stays accurate amongst other things. I’m incredibly thankful for all the opportunities I've had to be able to progress my career and work with some great people.
