In late 2021, we'll transition to our “Future of Work”. This will be a hybrid approach to office working and working where you decide best.
We understand that workloads are ever changing, so our focus is on “time in a month” vs. “time in a week”, with individual teams deciding when works best for them to collaborate. As a guide you can expect to spend 40% of your time in the office and 60% where you decide best.
For our Tech, Product & Design teams collaboration time is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office.
