The individual value that is given to each person who works here. You are given the permission to be your own unique-self and this is widely encouraged through all departments.
How has your career developed during your time at Moneysupermarket Group?
My journey at Moneysupermarket Group has been long and exciting and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I started 14 years ago working on the phones selling B2B. I quickly realised that talking and building relationships was one of my strong points. After this I was encouraged to move into an account management role and was then promoted to lead that team. I have moved through a number of operational management roles and was then given the opportunity to build a brand new product accuracy audit team to ensure all our products were correct for our customers at all times. After managing this team for a number of years I was looking for a new challenge. I was asked to project manage the on-boarding of a Third Party call centre to assist with our busy times helping customers. This was like something I had never done before but was encouraged and supported by everyone to use the experience and knowledge I had learned at Moneysupermarket Group over the years. Completing this project was a fantastic achievement for me and the call centre. As a result of this I was moved into a new role as our 3rd Party Relationship Manager, given a number of other third parties to manage and lead of other projects within the Customer Operations and I love it!!
