Our aim is to help people take control of their finances. We want our customers to experience a state of "money calm" each time they save, because saving our customers money is the driving force behind everything that we do - from the competitive deals that we find, to the platforms we develop and the customer experience that we deliver.
Personalisation Our marketing communication to MoneySuperMarket customers waspersonalised in 2018. In 2019 we continue to personalise the end-to-end customer experience, tailoring our website and app journeys to individual customer needs.
Credit Monitor Our Credit Monitor app launched in 2018 and allows customers to access their key financial products and credit report in an easy to digest format. Customers can monitor and learn how to improve their credit score and find credit cards they are likely to get accepted for, without it damaging their score.
Bill Manager allows our customers to manage their energy bills with a monitoring service that scans the energy market for the best deals and updates consumers on the progress of any live switch - and when their car insurance is due, suggests the best deals.
We're building a market-leading mortgage comparison too, allowing customers to find a better deal - whether it's with their existing lender of a new one. We're making it easier for customers to save money on their biggest household bill.

In her current role, Becky looks after beer, wine and perfume deals, assists with video and social media, and starts onlne debates about cups of tea.

Jordon Cox MSE's Coupon Kid
Jordon is MSE's Coupon Kid, writing and filming the best deals and tricks to save money. He was one of the first people in the UK to start the extreme couponing trend and has been teaching others to do the same since he was 15. He is a regular (and the youngest) MSE spokesperson.
Jordon does a lot of charity projects. His proudest MoneySaving moment was getting a £600 food shop for only 4p by using coupons and donating it to a London homeless shelter.
A Star Wars fan, he aims to control coupons with the force by the end of the year. Jordon also loves free food, acting, travelling (on the cheap) and seeing a cashier's face when you hand them 500 coupons… it's a picture!
Rosie Bannister Senior Money Analyst
Rosie joined MSE's Money team in July 2015, helping to ensure the money content on the site is up to date with the best products and tips. Having made a slightly circuitous route from a chemistry degree to writing for a theatre website to MSE, she is enjoying learning the financial ropes and helping people (including herself) save money.
In her spare time, Rosie mainly spends all her money saved on trips to the theatre (about which she also chips in occasional content for MSE) and finds the odd bit of time to work behind the scenes at shows. And she has finally joined a choir.
