What do you like most about working here?
Hands down the best thing about MSM is the culture and the team behind making sure our culture flourishes. There are so many elements created to make all of us to feel as part of the community. Health and well-being is a big factor and sharing you struggles and experiences is always welcomed! If you want to grow as a professional by being challenged, then MSM is the right place for you! I have grown tremendously for such a short time.

What’s the most challenging thing about working here?

There are so many teams and people looking after different products/verticals that you have to be always engaging and keeping your relationships fresh.

What makes Moneysupermarket Group unique?

The culture! Sometimes you go to work because of all the people that work at MSM! There is always something happening so your excitement won’t go away! People are great and there is always someone to speak to! My team is like my second family and we support each other all the time.

How has your career developed during your time at Moneysupermarket Group?

Just 2020 on it’s own felt like 2 years! I was involved in so many projects and I had the chance to work with so many external stakeholders that I feel like my professional growth has skyrocketed! No two days are alike, you are challenged everyday with new stuff so you have to be ready to learn new things on a daily basis.

What advice do you have for someone looking to join?

If you are changing roles because you want to be challenged or you want to work in a team that will feel like family then you might have found the right place for you! When you join, be open to everyone and don’t be shy to get involved in projects even in the early stages of your start. People here are always open for a fresh pair of eyes and are willing to spend more time to teach you stuff so that you can hit the ground running!
