Personalised services for millions

Our MoneySuperMarket website launched in 1999, and our range of products hasn’t stopped growing since. Fast forward to today and we’re running a modern cloud-based technology platform that offers security, stability and scalability for our 11.1 million customers. We get a single view across all their key interactions with us, and that's what helps us go the extra mile to personalise their experience, and serve them better.

Ready to start going beyond?

New apps, new platforms, and user-focused tech – we’re always thinking about how we can go beyond what we know to help our customers get more value out of their money. So there’s never been a better time to join us and start taking our technology further.

Hybrid working

Office working – great for collaborating and catching up. Home working – great for work life balance and getting your head down.

Our hybrid approach – the best of both. 40% of your time (pro-rata for part timers) will be in the office, and for the rest you can work where you feel best.

We’re also flexible with the hours in the office and at home. You might want to come in a little later so you can do the school run or start earlier so you head to the gym over your lunch break. Not to mention, there’s no dress code in our offices, so you can be comfortable when you’re working. And don’t forget our Two Week Work from Anywhere in the World policy – yes, that means anywhere!

Our locations

Our three offices are in London, Manchester and Ewloe (near Chester). Each one has a mix of Brand and Group roles, and you’ll find leadership across the locations, too. We have bi-weekly Town Halls to keep everyone up to date with what's happening, and to make it easy to keep in touch when we’re working apart.

London

Based on Dean Street, next door to the Elizabeth Line, our London office backs onto the historic Soho Square Gardens. And it was designed with flexible, agile working in mind. It’s also got lots of breakout and collaborative spaces spread across multiple floors, so it’s easy to put your heads together or get some solo work done in quiet areas.

Manchester

Home to lots of teams, our Manchester office is based in the No. 1 Spinningfields, a short walk from Manchester Victoria Station, Salford Central and Deansgate. Bright, spacious, with fantastic views across the city, it’s a modern, collaborative working environment set across multiple floors, and a lovely place to get work done.

Ewloe

Just 9 miles from Chester and in North Wales is our Ewloe office. With free onsite parking and good road connections, lots of our colleagues take the opportunity to live in the beautiful Flintshire countryside. It’s built for collaborative working, with lots of open plan space and areas to work together. And since it’s a small business park, we’ve got our very own café, Bytes, where you can enjoy free freshly cooked breakfast, lunch and a barista bar.

Our interview process

We hire a wide variety of roles here. And each of those roles will have very different requirements, looking to assess the skills that are critical to the role. That means not every hiring process will be the same. However, we’re trying to make our interview process as clear and fair as possible, so here’s what you can likely expect when you get an interview with us. If you’ve got an interview, your first point of call will be having a chat with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners. It’s an opportunity for you to chat through the role, ask any questions, and for us to get to know each other better. After that, you’ll have a structured interview that’s outlined in advance. It could be a virtual video interview (through MS Teams), a face-to-face interview in one of our offices, or a mix of both. Overall, here’s the key things you need to know about our interview process:

We'll help you to plan in advance

Wherever possible, we’ll try to give you interview questions in advance.

Our scoring

We use performance-based questions and standardised scoring.

Who you'll meet

You'll meet with at least two people at each stage of the interview process, to help remove any bias.

Meeting future colleagues

We’ll give you the chance to meet with the people you’ll be working with so you can ask them everything about the role and working here, too.

A transparent approach

We’ll be clear upfront on the process and won’t throw in any additional interview rounds at the last minute.

Making our interviews more inclusive

Being fair and consistent means a lot to us, so we’re always looking for ways to make our hiring process more inclusive, and champion greater fairness for everyone.

From moving to structured, performance-based interviews to making them more flexible, we want to shape our interview process around helping you do your best.

That’s why we created our Interview Passports.

When you’re invited to an interview with us, you’ll be asked to fill out your Interview Passport, which gives you a chance to let us know any reasonable adjustments or special requirements you need. And gives us a chance to give you support and flexibility throughout your experience with us.

Helping you bring your authentic self

We want to make interviews amazing. So we’re working with our hiring managers to support sharing the questions we’ll ask in your interview in advance. That way, you can come prepared, feel more comfortable, and bring your authentic selves to the interview, and throughout the whole process.
